PLOT
La Metalle's artificial sun, which provides illumination, is on the verge of dying, endangering what little life is still present there. In order for her people to survive, Queen La Andromeda Prometheum determines that they must consent to Hardgear's transformation procedure, which would turn everyone's body into a machine. Emeraldas and Maetel, the daughters of the Queen, battle to maintain their humanity and refuse to participate in this procedure.
